We operate several remote sites, a few of which are in Afghanistan & Iraq. We construct and operate our sites in a manner that makes them a home away from home. We do this by maintaining a competent and caring staff that participates in decision making; effectively managing resources; and maintaining a safe, sanitary, orderly, and attractive environment.

Food Hygiene Policy

At THE NEW MILLENNIUM / Soufan Engineering, each and every employee involved in the management of catering, food handling and food services ensures that they understand and adhere to the hygiene procedures laid down in our "QUALITY MANAGEMENT & FOOD HYGIENE POLICY" Manual, which, in addition to company standards and procedures, ensures that all legal and mandatory requirements under the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995, and the Food Safety Act 1990, are complied with, along with the Country Regulations of where the THE NEW MILLENNIUM / Soufan Engineering operates.
